The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) will conduct its annual siren/warning system test near Blue Ridge Dam on Saturday, July 18, between 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. ET.

Residents in the surrounding area may hear one or more loud siren tests lasting approximately 3 to 5 minutes during this time. The sirens may be heard in:

โ€ข Mineral Bluff
โ€ข Copperhill
โ€ข McCaysville

This is only a scheduled test. No action is required.
