The Tennessee Valley Authority will be conducting an annual test of its siren/warning system near Blue Ridge Dam tomorrow (Wednesday, June 25) between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. ET.
Residents near the sirens can expect to hear a loud alarm for approximately three to five minutes. More than one audio test may take place in the 4 ½ -hour time window. Sirens can be heard in Blue Ridge, Mineral Bluff, Copperhill, and McCaysville.
